years ago and based in Heswall on the Wirral has gained a solid reputation

of "regimented rows of boxes" and tended towards the more specialised

Where the company has built smaller properties (1100 sq ft and above) there is still an in built "uniqueness" which is aesthetically pleasing from the outside, displaying instant "kerb appeal", and giving the house buyer something different in living accommodation.
The company has over the years undertaken contract work for local councils, commercial clients and housing associations employing the same techniques and qualities in giving the client exactly what they want.
The last 20 years has seen the company carry out many housing projects for housing associations in Liverpool and on the Wirral within partnering arrangements. Our clients are happy to come back to us safe in the knowledge they will have top quality homes for rent at the end of the project.
